Round wrap 동그랗게 썰기


Method

  1. Take out whole leaf kimchi from a jar and put them on a chopping board

  2. Leaving the largest leaves aside, stack the kimchi on the top of each other in opposite directions (stem, leaf, stem, leaf…)

  3. Cut the stack into 2-3 pieces and wrap each piece with a large uncut leaf

  4. Slice the wrap into 2-3 pieces and serve on a plate

Roll-up in bite size 돌돌말아 썰기


Method

  1. Take out whole leaf kimchi from a jar and put them on a chopping board

  2. Roll up a leaf and cut it into 2-3 pieces

  3. Repeat step 2 as much as needed

  4. Serve on a plate
