Our Tongbaechu Kimchi is made with one whole Chinese leaf. It weighs about 1.5kg and is a perfect size for kimchi lovers who eats loads of kimchi.
Chinese leaf, daikon radish, onion, spring onion, chilli pepper flake, glutinous rice flour, unrefined sea salt, garlic and anchovy sauce (contains fish)
*For vegan use sea kelp stock instead of anchovy sauce
