Our Pyongyang Kimchi is made with a little touch of chilli flakes, resulting in mild and refreshing flavours. As the name refers, the recipe is originated from the capital city of North Korea. It is perfect for kids or those who can’t eat spicy.

Our refill pack is vacuum-packed in a recyclable pouch.

INGREDIENTS:

Baechu (Napa cabbage), mooli, onion, spring onion, glutinous rice flour, unrefined sea salt, garlic, Dasima stock (kelp, water) and chilli pepper flake

• Raw, unpasteurised and naturally fermented with live cultures

• Gluten-free, no added sugar
