Our Tongbaechu Kimchi is made with one whole Baechu (Napa cabbage). It weighs about 1.5kg and is a perfect size for kimchi lovers who eats loads of kimchi.

Our Tongbaechu Kimchi is vacuum-packed in a non-recyclable pouch.

INGREDIENTS

Baechu (Napa cabbage), mooli, onion, spring onion, chilli pepper flake, fermented anchovy sauce (contains fish), unrefined sea salt, sticky rice flour and garlic

• For vegan use Dasima stock (kelp, water) instead of anchovy sauce

• Raw, unpasteurised and naturally fermented with live cultures

• Gluten-free, no added sugar
